Coach Michaela Laudenbach enters her second year as head volleyball coach for the Raiders in 2025. In her first season as head coach for CLC, the 2024 Raiders finished the season 20-7 and 1st in the Northern Division, qualifying for the Region 13 Tournament. Five Raiders earned All-Divison honors, including Chesney Phillipp who was named Northern Divison Player of the Year.

Michaela started coaching JO volleyball in 2018 in Marshall, MN. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Southwest Minnesota State University. Michaela coached high school volleyball at St. Cloud Apollo from 2021-2023. During this time, she also coached club volleyball with Midwest Power Volleyball club (St. Cloud). She is currently enrolled at St. Cloud State University pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sports Management and Coaching.
